My Story

Hello! My journey began in the kitchen, teaching kids how to cook. The joy and excitement on their faces as they learned new skills were incredibly rewarding. However, I soon realized that while the kids loved the classes, it was the working moms who truly needed my help.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine, leading me to attend culinary school. It's a significant part of my life, and I understand that it’s one of the biggest challenges moms face while balancing work and raising children. Many moms reached out to me for help with meal planning and preparing weeknight dinners. As we spent time together, it became clear they were struggling in more areas than just cooking.

These incredible moms were dealing with intense mom guilt, feeling terrible about not spending enough time with their kids and sometimes missing important milestones. These feelings affected many other aspects of their lives. I could relate deeply to their experiences because I had gone through similar emotions myself.

During our one-on-one sessions, these moms opened up about their struggles, and I found myself naturally coaching and supporting them. It was when I started receiving heartfelt thank-you calls that I realized this was my true calling: helping moms achieve a guilt-free work-life balance.

Cooking remains a core part of my coaching, whether in groups or private sessions, because I believe it’s a crucial area where working moms often struggle. I’m passionate about supporting moms in navigating the complex demands of work and family life, and it brings me immense joy to see them find balance and happiness.

As I continued working with more moms, I decided to make it official by becoming a certified life coach and receiving training in advanced skills.

I am so happy to be on this journey and love helping moms. I hope to have the opportunity to meet and work with you, helping you create a fulfilling, balanced life without guilt.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I look forward to connecting with you!
